Privacy

Updated on October 25, 2026.

Summary: We do not require registration or login and do not sell visitor data. Embedded content, such as posts from X, connects to third-party services.

What stays on your device

Some preferences are saved only in your browser (local storage) and are never sent to us:

To delete them, clear the site's data in your browser settings.

Embedded content from X

The live dashboard may load public posts through X’s official widget. When these cards load, your browser connects to X, which receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type and may use cookies under its own policies. We enable the widget’s personalization-limiting option. Hashtag searches run on the server without sending visitor data in the search request.

Approximate location

On your first visit, the site suggests your state from the approximate location of your connection (the state the host associates with your IP address). We do not ask for GPS access and do not keep this information: the suggested state is saved only in your browser, and you can change or delete it whenever you want.

Notifications

If you turn alerts on and allow notifications, your browser creates a delivery address (provided by the browser itself, such as Google, Apple or Mozilla) that we store together with your choice of receiving alerts for all states or only your state (and that state's abbreviation) and the page's language. This does not identify you: there is no name, email or phone number. We use this address only to send result alerts. When you turn alerts off at the bell, or block notifications in the browser, the address is deleted.

Visit statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and learn which sections are used most. It uses no cookies, does not identify people and only shows totals. Recorded addresses are reduced to the section visited (for example, “2nd round”), without the filters chosen.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any website, the server receives the IP address and browser type of each visit, and Vercel keeps these technical logs for a short time, for security and operation.

Data about politicians and third parties

Data on candidates, members of Congress and public spending are public and come from official sources (TSE, Senate, Central Bank, IBGE), published here in the public interest, as provided by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). To protect ordinary people who appear in this data, we mask the CPF (taxpayer number) of individual suppliers and show only the name of individual donors.

Your rights

If you appear in any data on the site and want to request a correction or ask about how your data is handled (LGPD, art. 18), write to contato@olhonopoder.com.br.
